How do you play Dominoes?
Game Setup
Prepare Maztermind's Dominoes double six standard set. Place the dominoes facedown on a flat surface, and shuffle them. The collection of shuffled tiles is often called the "boneyard" or "bones".
Playing the Game
1. Draw an opening hand: Take seven dominoes and stand them on the table so that the opponent can't see their faces.
2. Decide the order of play: Each player reveals the tile with the highest total value. The player with the highest number goes first and places the first tile down.
3. Take turns adding dominoes: Each player takes turn extending the line of play by placing a tile down; two touching tile ends must be of the same value. If a player does not have a domino that can match the rule, they must keep on pulling tiles from the boneyard until they can place one down. If no more dominoes are left, the player can pass.
4. End the round: The game ends when a player wins the round by running out of dominoes first, or when neither can continue playing. If the game is blocked, the winner is the person with the lowest score.
5. Scoring: Add the number of pips on the tiles remaining in your hand.
